The tournament's rules are.....

1.No tier 1 deck's
2.No burn deck's
3.Cheating will end up in a loss
4.No exodia decks
5.Please have respect for you opponent

Now if you are in the tournament and you are in Obelisk Blue Dorm and if you lose the first round there is a good chance you will be de-ranked. If you lose to a Slifer Red Dorm member in the final round you will be de-ranked.

Now if you are in the Ra Yellow Dorm there is a ok chance you might be ranked up to Obelisk blue Dorm.

Now if you are in Slifer Red Dorm and if you do win the tournament there is a great chance you will rank up, If you win the tournament and you beat a Obelisk Blue Dorm member in the final round you will be ranked up to Ra Yellow Dorm
